    HELP!!!!!
How do you get around this problem. I am from England and had a child in San Diego in 2009, I got a bailout on my home for the child. I caught the girl cheating with a married bloke and had my child taken from me and the home for no reason. I was a soccer coach for 10 years and even coached employees of the court’s children but some prejudice rogue Called Commissioner Lowe just started garnishing wages, put four restraining orders on me to “calm things down” so In the end I went home to England. Now the government can’t foreclose and it will cost the US tax payer about $900,000 in the end as they can’t do anything. I sent clothes out to my daughter and Commissioner Lowe ordered that they be donated to Charity and I should send money instead. Thankfully I took it all to the English court (a real Judge) and he said “if they are going to behave like that they are not fit enough to Judge anyone”. The girl is in court claiming no income but $5000 a month in expenses. Thankfully the English Judge just laughed at it all, and said try the other one an ordered that no money to be sent to the USA if they are going to act childish. Do the newspapers print things like this as it is outrageous. I doubt I will ever speak or see my child ever again.

is there any agency that helps?

    Thanks,
    Will

    • CCFC is not a legal service, we are not lawyer services. We believe you can turn to Bill Windsor of Lawless America and see if he will include your story in his movie. It is unique for certain. You can find his contact information through the links in the post. We are so sorry to hear you are going through what sounds to be yet another ridiculous Judicial abuse of powers.
